1. Introduction

ReachDispatch ("we", "us", or "our") is a multi-channel messaging platform that helps businesses send WhatsApp and Email campaigns from a single dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website and application (the "Service").

By creating an account or using ReachDispatch, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: when you sign up, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and billing details required to administer your account.

Usage data: we collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, campaigns created, and device or browser information, to help us improve the product.

Contacts you upload: when you import a contact list to send campaigns, we store the names, phone numbers, and email addresses you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload this data.

Payment information: payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. ReachDispatch does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, including sending the campaigns you create through WhatsApp and Email on your behalf.

We use billing information to process subscription payments, issue invoices, and manage plan upgrades or downgrades.

We use your account email to communicate important service updates, security notices, and — where you have opted in — product news.

We use aggregated, anonymized usage data for analytics purposes, to understand how the Service is used and to guide future improvements.

4. Data Storage and Security

ReachDispatch stores account and application data using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL platform with encryption at rest and in transit.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded contact lists and campaign history are retained until you delete them or close your account, after which they are permanently removed from our production systems within a reasonable period.

5. Third Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the Service: Stripe for payment processing and billing, the WhatsApp Business API (via Meta) for WhatsApp message delivery, and Resend for transactional and campaign email delivery.

Each of these providers processes only the data necessary to perform their specific function — for example, a recipient's phone number is shared with our WhatsApp provider solely to deliver your message. These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion of your account and associated data.

You may export your contact lists and campaign data at any time from your dashboard, in line with your right to data portability.

You may opt out of non-essential product communications at any time from your notification settings. Recipients of your campaigns can opt out of future messages using the unsubscribe or STOP mechanisms built into each channel.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as your selected light or dark theme.

We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the Service. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.
